Cramp Bark, Viburnum Opulus also know as Guelder Rose, High Bush Cranberry or Snowball Tree.  This Herb is Native to Europe and can be grown in the US.  This Herbal Supplement is made from the bark and used to treat menstrual cramp pain, reduce blood pressure, insomnia, anxiety and possible cancers.  Helps promote healthy kidney function, prevention kidney stones, and possible diabetes.

To Make a soothing Cramp Bark Tea

• Steep 1-2 Teaspoons of Dried Cramp Bark in hot water for 10-15 minutes.
• Use Cramp Bark tinctures by adding them to water or juice.
• For Acute Muscle Spasms – 30-60 drops of cramp bark tinctures
