These 8-sided 17″ x 3″ inch frames are very lightweight and would be exceptional for an extended drumming session. They are hand made in our shop, using a tongue and grove joint for strength and sanded down for a finished look.
although it can be done, we do not recommend using a thick drum round on our sided frames.

We were asked by the city to put on another hand drum making workshop (double in size of the first one); it’s in a week in a different community. Of course, we ordered kits from Halford’s/Centralia again.
