#1 Whole deer average 10 sq. ft. There will not be any holes in the center of the hide and no blemishes. These are best for garments.

#1 Suede hides average 10 sq. ft. Same grade as the #1 but the suede side (rough side) is the best for more of a rough look.

#2 Grade average 10 sq. ft. will have a few small holes through the body of the hide

#3 Grade average 10 sq. ft. will have holes, cut marks, and drag marks but is great for small projects where a rustic look is wanted.
